Our beloved Island of the Swallows becomes the meeting point where the flavors, aromas, and traditions of the #MexicanCaribbean come together in an atmosphere full of color, identity, and pride. The festival will take place at Benito Juárez Park, the heart of the island, offering locals and visitors a unique gastronomic experience with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
This festival is a tribute to our traditional cooks, chefs, local producers, and to all those whose hands, generation after generation, have preserved our culinary heritage.
